Our board has created a email to deal directly with safety concerns in the neighborhood. The Board and management company are monitoring the new email. The new safety email is indianpointehoasafety@gmail.com.
Utilize our Indian Pointe Facebook page to share safety information with the neighborhood.
Indian Pointe annual dues are $1500 per lot. Annual dues are assessed in two payments: $750 due on 1/31 and $750 due on 6/30.
We currently use ClickPay to process HOA dues.
To reserve the clubhouse, review meeting minutes, get property forms (Architectural Change Request forms, Covenants, Newsletters, etc.) please use condocommunities.com.
Only one user per household needs to be active to do this.

HOA meetings are at 11:30 AM every third Thursday of each month. If you would like to attend an Indian Pointe HOA meeting, please contact Courtney Ueberrhein with Signature Property Management at courtney@lovespm.com to be added to the agenda and to receive a meeting link.
