Our board has created a email to deal directly with safety concerns in the neighborhood. The Board and management company are monitoring the new email. The new safety email is indianpointehoasafety@gmail.com.
Utilize our Indian Pointe Facebook page to share safety information with the neighborhood.
Indian Pointe annual dues are $420 per lot. Bills are sent out each December and due each January for the upcoming year. We currently use ClickPay to process HOA dues.
To reserve the clubhouse, review meeting minutes, get property forms (Architectural Change Request forms, Covenants, Newsletters, etc.) please use condocommunities.com. Only one user per household needs to be active to do this.
